NMC² Good Neighbor Program
We’re grateful to be part of the Spartanburg community. For us, being a good neighbor means listening, staying connected and offering practical support to the people who live nearby.
Our Good Neighbor Program offers practical support to eligible nearby households during construction of the South Pine Street Technology Center. Through this one-year program, we provide free exterior house washing, car wash memberships and replacement HVAC filters. We cover the cost, and local businesses provide the services.

Practical support for your household
What is available for eligible homes?
- Exterior House Washing: Professional exterior cleaning for eligible homes.
- Local Car Wash Membership: Complimentary membership at a participating local car wash for up to two household vehicles.
- Replacement HVAC Filters: Air filters sized for your home and delivered to you
